Family stay with room for improvement
The staff really went the extra mile, helping us order a late-night pizza and even treating our kids as if they were royalty. Which counts for a lot in my book.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the price felt acceptable for what we got.

staff were good....lots of towels
When I made the reservation at an airport hotel in the novotel chain I assumed there would be an airport shuttle and included in my reservation comments "what is the shuttle schedule" Never got an answer re no shuttle.taxi..cost me 80 swiss francs roundtrip..I would like a refund or certificate for horel stay to compensate. Reservation form should clewarly state "no shuttle"..why can't I use this for complaints

The hotel was clean and confortable with a good size room, it was close to the conference venue I was attending and had good access to airport, public transport and a shopping centre.

1. Very near the airport/train terminal - two bus stops away! Take bus no. 10 and the bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Hotel rep gave us a bus card which we just show to the bus driver to get free rides around the city. 2. Convenient - Hotel room comes with a mini bar, a microwave and a hot water kettle. Right in front of Balexert shopping centre where you can shop for last minute presents! 3. Value for money - we paid less for this hotel as compared to two other hotels we stayed in for our switzerland holiday.
1. Not near the tourtisty sites - but good for our purposes because we wanted a place near the airport - which it is. 2. The hotel staff cant find the booking we made thru Booked.net - good thing they were not fully booked at the time.

It was in a suburban setting in a shopping centre. The breakfast selection was fantastic and excellent with sausage made of chicken and chicken, as example. This was my second really nice stay here and I will be back.

Conveniently located near the airport, with excellent public transport access to the city center in under 20 minutes. The family suite was spacious, clean, and included a microwave and fridge. Breakfast had a great variety, including tropical fruits, though a bit pricey. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with free transport tickets. Late-night food options were limited, and room decor could use some updating.

Not far from the airport, new clean rooms, a lot of space in the room.
There is no hotel shuttle from the airport - but you can take public bus 10 for free and go to 'Balexert' (need to get free transport tickets at the arrival in the airport). The breakfast is a classic continental one, not much to eat, but this was expected.
